I can honestly say that I have used Chancellors at Ascot to rent some of my properties out for the last 7 years, they have always been very friendly and extremely efficient. It is a shame that they have now soured this relationship, by insisting on putting a “For Sale” board up on our apartment block, they have been told several times our lease does not allow this! So it has gone from outside, attached to our neighbours fence with screws, then attached to our outside wall with screws! Now been put in the window (once again not allowed). It is really unbelievable that you keep persisting in this, despite upsetting everyone here, please remember they are your future customers!! How about you use a bit of consideration for the people living here! and remove it, we really don’t want to go down the legal route but we will if necessary.
