After agreement termination ( 5 years ) ,we have been charged renewal (? ) fee which would have been paid by July 2016.What ? Now its 2017 year. It was their responsibility to ensure that we receive the invoice by then .We never received it.So,they desided to charge us now. Overall, terrible organisation .Bad experience. Will not recommend this agency to anyone. Best wishes, Aurelija
