I agree with total cost of 447£ to be deducted from my deposit, at the same time I think its very unfair to us to charge for dameges we reported to agency with check in report. You are not helpful at all, and the level of communication is far from avarage. I will not recommend your agency to anyone as You are ordinary cheat and scum ! Regards.
