Back in February 2016, when the Chancellors refurbishment referral system was launched, it has made our company grow significantly, we receive many referrals, could be anything from day to day Maintenance/Repairs inc gardening/cleaning, to extensions/complete refurbishment works. Raquel thought of this refurbishment system I believe when she was on maternity leave, it’s a great idea, and helps not only us as a company grow but chancellors grow as a company too. I strongly believe with this system now in place, this insures less pressure to the property management team, and is a sufficient way to get quotations over to any client/landlord/tenant within a 24-hour period. This is a quick and easy system, from receiving a referral, to attending the property to carry out a quotation, pass quotation over for decision, then get the works booked in as soon as possible. So I would just like to thank Raquel Landman for introducing us to the refurbishment referral system from the very beginning of the launch in February. I would also like to thank Summer Allan for sending us works/projects on a daily basis. Who works closely alongside Raquel to insure the system is ran as smoothly as possible.
