From right at the very beginning, to guiding and supporting us the entire way through and then finally a celebratory 'well done' call after exchange, I cannot recommend Luke Dixon and Craig Moore from the Chancellors branch in Thatcham highly enough. Right from the beginning Luke was incredibly patient and professional, answering my many many questions and making me feel like no question was too small. His knowledge of the area and experience of selling houses was abundantly clear and we were immediately impressed by his genuine and realistic advice. Once on the market Craig Moore guided us through the process - his almost immediate feedback on viewings and constructive advice at every step has been invaluable. We looked round houses to purchase with Craig and were grateful for his advice, his knowledge, his clear passion and his professionalism. Poor Craig has answered the phone so many times to my many questions but never did I feel like I was being too much trouble. No matter how many new obstacles arose along the way, Craig was also first to find out what was happening and offer advice about how to fix them, while reassuring a rather panicked me! Selling your home is a big step for anyone and will always be stressful, but I can honestly say I would wholeheartedly recommend Luke and Craig - you will be in safe hands and can genuinely trust them to do the best by you.
