I can highly recommend the wonderful Hayley Cockman at the Richmond-upon-Thames branch for her complete professionalism and "above and beyond the call of duty" approach. Hayley even contacted me while she was on holiday when things were getting a little uncomfortable with my purchasing of the property and quite honestly, left some of her older colleagues standing, with her competent and caring approach. This is a girl who deserves to go far in her profession.
