My mum purchased a Retirement property through Chancellors Surbiton Branch. We found the property on line and rang to arrange our first viewing and was greeted by a young man called Max. Max turned out to be one the most nicest, accommodating Estate Agents you could meet. When we needed to contact him regarding the property he was always very helpful and would return phone calls when he said he would. He made my mum feel that nothing was too much trouble and the purchase of the property went fairly smoothly.
