Chancellors Estate Agents have been managing a property we have been renting since September 2015. Our initial experience with their style of management made us feel they did not represent our needs let alone be our voice. From a substandard cleaning of the property which they thought was acceptable to waiting very long for repairs. It was so very frustrating to deal with them! She is polite, friendly but professional. We have pinched ourselves on a few occasions to make sure its not a dream. She is just FANTASTIC!!! Our most outstanding concerns have now got some attention and it honestly feels really good to know somebody is looking out for your comfort.
