Appauling expericne with Chancellors, culminating in them continually lying to me, and then to the Tenancy Dispute Service. They denied a conversation I had with them to cover their own backs and cost me a chunk of my deposit. I will always avoid them in the future, and I hope that others are sensible enough to do the same. It's a real shame that they;re allowed to throw their weight around and bully those who can do little to fight back.
