I contacted Matt at Chancellors in Lightwater to ask him to keep me informed of any new properties coming to the market. I gave him our set of requirements. Matt kept in touch with me regularly and when are suitable property came to market Matt contacted me and arranged a viewing. Matt then went out of his way to ensure a second viewing could be undertaken at the weekend for my husband, following which he supported us in ensuring our offer was realistic and acceptable to the vendors. Since our offer has been accepted, Matt has kept in touch regularly. He has been professional and courteous at all times and has communicated backwards and forwards between ourselves and the vendors.
