The Sunningdale office have now let out my cottage twice. My experience from the team at the Sunningdale office has been great. They are very efficient and friendly. Jenny and Kate offer a a very personable service. Nothing is too much trouble. I have been impressed how quickly they were able to find new tenants. Dealing with Simon Butt, Chancellors, as a letting agent has been a very good experience for me (and I have experience with another company which was far less favourable). Simon Butt has been approachable, knowledgable, efficient and always gone the extra mile to help me with letting the property in Aylesbury and especially as it proved to be a quite difficult tenancy.
