Sold a flat in Sunbury with Chancellors in August/September. Despite a few sales not going through at first, the flat was eventually sold significantly above asking price. This is a testament to the patience and diligence of those involved at Chancellors, specifically Karl McHugh who worked tirelessly and was pivotal in achieving the sale. I found that communication was first class and I was always able to phone for reassurance or to ask a question without being made to feel like a nuisance. Despite the fact I probably was!
