The 5 stars I have given in this review is for ONE person only at chancellors head office in Bracknell, her name is EMMA KEELEY, I contacted her office in need of advice and a lot of guidance which I might add have been asking my local lettings dept of the SURBITON office for the last 3 - 4 weeks only to be TOTALLY ignored, bearing in mind that we have been paying them a letting fee for the last 14 months for the tenants that they put in, We first used the Surbiton branch in 2009 when we purchased the property off of them and the service we received was 5 STAR, so when we decided to let it 14 months ago we decided to use them again, once again the service was 5 STAR, So when Our first tenants decided to leave the property we didn't feel that we had to go anywhere else other than our local SURBITON branch because of our previous dealing with them, How wrong we were, the team had changed, they don't listen to what you want and I sure on this experience don't care. Emma KEELEY has done FAR more in the last 24 hours to help us and totally solve the problems we had regarding our property and keep our financial losses to a minimum,which the SURBITON office could have done if they chose to. A BIG thank you to EMMA KEELEY for all your help to myself and my wife, 5 STARS Emma. I could write more about the local office, needless to say I don't think we will be using them again. If someone from head office would like to contact me I would be happy to answer anything regarding this stressful experience.

We had a fairly shaky start to our relationship with Chancellors. More recently, however, Mary Hughes at the South East Property Management office has been our point of contact and she has handled the recent change of tenancy very well. We're more than happy with the prompt and courteous service she provides. We'd certainly recommend Chancellors as Management Agents.

Chancellors Estate Agents have been managing a property we have been renting since September 2015. Our initial experience with their style of management made us feel they did not represent our needs let alone be our voice. From a substandard cleaning of the property which they thought was acceptable to waiting very long for repairs. It was so very frustrating to deal with them! Then came JESSICA CHALMERS of the South West Oxon Property Management who turned everything around! From prompt response to emails, follow ups and updating us of the progress all our concerns! She is polite, friendly but professional. We have pinched ourselves on a few occasions to make sure its not a dream. She is just FANTASTIC!!! Our most outstanding concerns have now got some attention and it honestly feels really good to know somebody is looking out for your comfort. Chancellors Property Management have been managing my rental property for the past 12 months. Overall I have been happy with the level of service received. Recently Jamie Hawkins has been acting as my Property Manager, I have needed to contact Chancellors on several occasions over the past couple of months. I must say that I have been most impressed with all interactions with Jamie, he has responded promptly and taken appropriate action as requested, in a timely manner.

I sold my house in Lightwater 4 years ago and have just sold my mother's house, both through Chancellors and would never consider using anyone else. They are efficient, trustworthy, and keep you up to date throughout the whole process. Holly and Ben are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are selling your property. They have made the experience far less stressful for me which is always a bonus when selling a house! Try them first, you won't be disappointed!
