Thank you for your review.. Inviting comments enables us to address problem areas if they exist and we are very sorry you felt pressured towards the end of the sale. However, we do feel very strongly that if we hadn't responded in the way we did following problems created by lack of documentation for solar panels (resulting in your buyer walking away and being persuaded to come back by our negotiator), you would have lost your buyer, the eventual sale price of the property would have been even lower and you would not have been able to move, as quickly as you did, into the bungalow you had found to buy.
