We have real cause to be thankful to the sales skills and experience of Tracey Dewar at Ryder & Dutton, for her attention to detail, great patience and continuous optimism, resulting in the recent sale of our house, after several months on the market. This was especially helpful for us as for most of that time, we were not in the country and had to rely on e-mails and the occasional WhatsApp message to keep updated with the twists and turns of the sale. However, the distance was no hindrance to our regular communication, as Tracey was prompt, reliable and comprehensive in her responses, meaning that we were confident throughout the sales process that our goal of a successful sale would be achieved - and it was!
