I deal with various businesses often and I have seen a variety customer service handling. I can honestly say that in terms of a point of contact with an estate I cannot praise Tracey Dewar highly enough. Tracey has been professional and fantastic to deal with. Throughout the process of looking for a home she has been very helpful from start to finish. She communicated constantly with updates, offered various levels of support and going out of her way such as when she went out of her way to accommodate a viewing at the last minute for me when requested, in general Tracey made me feel like she was on my side throughout the whole process of finding a new home. For the negative reputation that some estate agents receive, Tracey is a true testament to that there are fantastic professionals in this sector. The whole office were friendly on the phone and friendly in person also when met them, I have dealt with a number of estate agents recently but Tracey and the team at Ruder and Dutton really do stand out above the rest.
