We found our forever home through Ryder & Dutton just after Christmas ‘21, we knew we wanted this home but we also knew that there had been other offers put in. From the get go we had one issue after another with regards to mortgage companies, and various other things and Jo Hardcastle was always at the other end of the phone whenever i needed her, to check up on things or to simply ring her for a moan. Jo was unbelievable in so many ways… she went above & beyond for us, for what was such a long house sale. Jo was also so welcoming, professional and nothing was too much for her. She spent her days chasing everyone for information and updates and I honestly could not have kept sane without her. She is such a fantastic lady & I feel so lucky to have had her help & support through this! Thank you so much Jo! You are amazing!!
