After such a bad time with an estate agent that was so well regarded (and expensive too) we have been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and communication of all the staff at Ryder and Dutton, particularly Michelle McCann who was our case lead. As first time sellers, we needed a lot of hand holding, and Michelle was brilliant with us. She came to meet us before we signed anything, just so that we could ask her any questions we had, and for 7 months, she worked tirelessly with us to make sure that everything was always dealt with and sorted for us. Also very worthy of note is that Brad and Michelle managed to get our home sold with an offer accepted within 3 weeks of putting it in the market.
