Their fees were reasonable, and I was always able to speak to someone or get a response to my emails. The lockdown caused a delay to the process, and the buyer's solicitor was very uncommunicative, but Michelle McCann worked hard to keep things moving and ensure that the sale completed on the agreed date, as well as keeping me reassured that it should all be okay in the end.
