Myself and my partner recently bought a property which was on sale through Ryder & Dutton. We were dealing with Michelle McCann at the Lindley office, who was exceptional. We made several calls and were always able to get hold of her, she went out of her way to chase things up with solicitors and the maintenance company and always kept us updated with any progress. To be perfectly honest she was by far the best person we dealt with in the whole house buying process and was always the first person we contacted (before our own mortgage advisor and solicitors) even though she wasn't technically acting for us. We would definitely recommend Ryder & Dutton and shall certainly be using them in the future when we choose to move again.
