Used Ryder & Dutton with the sale of my home. They were very professional and Michelle was always patient and took care to ensure we were looked after. Reason I have given four stars is that there were numerous times I called the office during working hours and the phone was not picked up, or went to a hold line which was never answered. I was sometimes worried that if a potential buyer had called up and received the same service, then they might have just not bothered with the viewing. Had it happened once or twice, it wouldn't have mattered, but it was several times. Very professional and helpful overall though. Thank you Michelle x
