After using 2 useless estate agents who got me hardly any viewings I switched to Ryder and Dutton in Lindley in December 2017. More viewings came through the door and eventually in September I accepted an offer. Kelly kept me regularly up to date on what shall we say, was a difficult sale, we had many ups and downs and complications, we both probably had sleepless nights but finally we got there last Friday, completing after 5pm!!
