Absolutely unprofessional. I was interested in a pretty hefty priced 2 bed flat and emailed twice and left two messages with the admin team who were efficient as they both emailed somrone called Michelle the letting negotiator I actually put my interest in straightaway. I received no call back or reply to my emails either way to state if I could view it or if it was already taken. Absolutely appaulled. I dont appreciate being ignored as being a professional myself I certainly dont do it.NegativeProfessionalism

We are sorry our level of service hasn’t met your requirements as we always adhere to try and be the best. Due to the covid-19 situation we are limiting the number of physical viewings on rental properties and do require further information ahead of any viewings taking place including application forms and holding deposits. Ahead of the property coming on the open market we already had a number of applications pending therefore unfortunately a few parties have had to be let down.
