Poor Service

I rented a flat from Keppie massie for more than a year. Overall, the service is of VERY POOR quality. Their staff never responded to my request and the final deduction of my deposit was out of nowhere. They claimed that I have done something to the house and destroy the wall. However, I have never done it and they didn't listen to you at all. And they just went ahead with the amount they wanted to deduct from your deposit.
