I called this agency(in Liverpool)the previous week to view a flat, appointment booked and 20th of January they call me an hour before viewing they tell me (hastily and without apology)appointment canceled the landlord found the tenant", it's not an honest behavior on your part In response to the agency: of course but only after I contacted you again did you explain the reason (which then you already knew on the morning of the decision taken by the landlord)

Please avoid this cowboy agency if you are a landlord and you want to rent out your property. They do not vet the tenants properly. They will lie to you and let you know that everything is ok, but it’s not. They are very unprofessional and will not manage your property appropriately. They only want your money. Avoid this estate agents at all cost.

Would turn a blind eye to all requests made by me as a previous tenant.

Appalling - lack of communication and very unprofessional - would recommend you DO NOT USE !
