Horrible communication, broke all their promises from the very beginning even when I was still a potential tenant. Can't imagine how they would treat their tenants that have already signed the contract.

I went out of way and repainted property before moving out to assure the full deposit is refunded and being charged £190 for removing rubbish from x2 wheelie bins which are collected every Friday and I couldn't take them out as moved out on Monday. I asked the agents about an apartment in the Garston area..left my phone number with them to call me about a viewing...I phoned up a couple of weeks later asking for a viewing again..was told that the apartment was no longer on the market. That will be the last time I contact them. The staff are useless.

Dreadful once they take your deposit they're keeping it no matter what. I would use more credible agents and won't be conned by these small time ones. Not an ounce of decency.

Once tenancy is over, you’re nobody. don’t expect you can have any communication with them, unless you want to test how rude they can be. They will be very busy trying to retain as much money as they can from the deposit.

Recently bought a house through Martin & Co and was just a rubbish experience. I met the staff a few times and consistently found them rude, disinterested and border line obstructive. They had no real interest in selling the house to me,showing it off, or frankly doing anything. If your considering selling a house with them USE ANOTHER AGENT!!! Anyone - there are plenty out there!
