Lettings Services of the highest order

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I experienced when dealing with Northwoods lettings team. So efficient, and quick to respond with diligence. From a landlords perspective, they have provided me with a very competitive 'Guaranteed Rental Agreement' and absolute peace of mind that the property will be cared for, in a way of which will require little to no intervention of my own. I've been dealing with another branch of Northwood based in London for over a decade now and have seen the same high standards practiced year on year. I've every belief this is the company wide culture. May I pay particular praise to Ruth Ledson of whom personally managed my property rental acquisition.

Jo has been amazing through our entire property search. She has seen a couple of houses with us and was delighted to show us the house that we have finally bought. She has been extremely attentive after we agreed the purchase and has already shown us the house extra times to allow us to measure up too. She has kept in touch frequently to check in on where the process is at, and has always been so positive.

Highly Professional

Ruth and her team at West Derby Village took over the rental of our two houses in March and July 2020. Once the Covid Lockdown was lifted both were let within 2 months. They have provided highly professional services and deal with issues promptly.
