These guys are really professional estate agents (which is a welcome change!). Been renting through them for just over 4 years and I've never had any issues with them. Rachel Yeo has been particularly helpful & responsive. She's the agent that's been looking after my tenancy. I always get a speedy response to anything. Reminders for tenancy renewals are always sent in good time with both digital & hard copies available (the digital signing process now makes things much quicker & easier). Recently my boiler stopped working so I sent an email to Rachel in the evening. By the following afternoon (on a Sunday) the gas engineer had come round and resolved the issue. Very quick so was pleasantly surprised. Very happy with service so far and hope to continue renting through Northwood until I purchase my own property in the near future (which I may also go through Northwood for). Cheers!

I Recently purchased a house from Northwood, I have to say from start to finish the team have been amazing Katy especially has been helpful keeping me informed as to how things were progressing, pushing the sale through and putting up with my demands. Along with Jo and the rest of the team I would highly recommend purchasing through this agency.
