Thank you to all the team helping me through my application and move in! I was a very nervous customer - moving during the COVID pandemic is very stressful, not being able to see the place in person made me more nervous than I thought it would. The team helped me out with video viewings, answering questions, while they aren’t the quickest on emails it’s best to phone they are always super helpful and so nice! Stephanie Davies was the person I most spoke to. Stephanie is very professional but also easy to talk to :) was really happy with my flat today, panic left soon as I walked in - the place was so clean. I was recommended to give my rental property to Northwood, Liverpool after being let down by another agent. 3 years later- and I have not been disappointed.
