I called this branch looking for some information on where to buy in Liverpool. I was answered by Ellie and received an extremely welcoming and non bias phone call filling me with confidence in finding a property through them. From buying the house to letting it, Northwood has always been very helpful. The staff give advise wherever needed and communicating to us about any problems that arises. We like the "guaranteed rent" scheme as it give us some peace of mind. We recommend Northwood to those planning to buy house, landlords and tenants.
