I recently used Northwood Liverpool office to rent my apartment. From first contact with Northwood, I found them to be efficient, professional and all the team members I have dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with. I was interested in their Rent Guarantee Service and whilst I did not go with this service at this stage, I was happy to appoint them to full manage the property. They have walked me through all the legalities of renting the property, arranged licenses etc. All of these things would have been difficult to deal with given I live overseas. Within a matter of days of advertising the property I had a viewing and the property was snapped up immediately for the requested rental price. Approvals and fact-finding on the potential tenant were thorough and fast and the tenant was moved in within a very short time frame.
