An urgent maintenance issue occured on the 8th March. Christine contacted me by phone which I did not answer and thus left a vociemail and sent an email explaining the problem. I then called Cristine to discuss the situation and requested additional information and quotes for the required work. The quotes and infformation were provided the next day and the required work was authorised. Full marks for the inital communication and speed of response. I should also note that previous issues have always been communicated and resolved quickly.
