UPDATE: About 2 hours after I posted this the rubbish was cleared. It did take a couple of email complaints but it was sorted without further discussion really quickly and efficiently so I have changed my 1 star to 5. Making sure my complaint was dealt with was absolutely the key to a very happy tenant. I moved into a house managed by whitegates and have complained that there is rubbish in the yard left over from previous tenants or when the house was cleared. I physically can not use my bins because of this, I can't even walk in the yard because of the rubbish dumped all over the floor. I asked them to remove it and they won't schedule a time or date to do this. They say it will be done when some one is passing. Its absolutely disgusting and I have followed all the procedures correctly. They have told me it isn't an emergency and so therefore, not a problem. I will end up having to pay someone to remove it myself because they have made it very clear that they don't care. So, don't bother with Whitegates if you have other options. Their rude and just don't give a damn. I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could.

Overall a good experience and my particular thanks to Tom who effectively ran point on the sale and remained professional throughout. Communication at times was a bit difficult but you also need to consider this against the back drop of a very busy estate agents (understandibly so!) who are working hard to satisy the wants and needs of all their customers.

I have recently just bought a house through white gates! Camron and Tom helped me and got things pushing through! Very friendly and approachable. My only flaw would be the solicitors recommendation I found them super slow and lack of communication between sellers and buyers solicitors which caused a-bit of frustration. But it still went through in a reasonable amount of time after pushing.

I found them to be very helpful positive and informative.
