The last time I rented a house it was the typical nightmare experience, lots of hidden costs, sales pitches, and pressure to put money down. A friend suggested I contact Keatons and Im glad they did. I dealt with quite a few members of staff, from Matthew to Simon to Hannah, all of which were incredibly professional, reassuringly honest and made me and my partner feel like we were very important throughout. I rarely rank top marks as I think it's difficult to hit maximum 'points' but when it happens the few that delivered need the credit. Good job to all those mentioned.
