Helpful, efficient and patient.

Recently purchased a flat through Alwyne Estates and had a very positive experience. Our agent Malcolm was quick to communicate any issues, helpful and efficient in sorting them out, and very patient while dealing with some significant conveyancing delays. Would strongly recommend.

Excellent rental service

I found the rental service at Alwyne Estates to be excellent, they offered an efficient, responsive and enthusiastic service. I needed to rent my flat quickly, and they found suitable tenants within a few days. I would highly recommend them.

Maxime Steukers is a great agent

My experience with Alwyne has hands down been the best experience I have had with any agency. The agent I have primarily dealt with is Maxime and I really appreciate that he has been helpful in my property search, but goes the extra mile to help with other queries. Unlike other agencies I have dealt with, I felt a a sense of trust in Maxine and Alwyne Estates. I would definitely use them in the future when I move properties again.

Knowledgable & Professionable

We cannot fault the service we received from Malcolm at Alwyne's . He reassured & advised us during both the sale of our property & purchase . He came highly recommended & really is so knowledgable in & caring in every aspect as well as being so friendly & putting us at ease when needed even responding to our endless emails late at night !
