Tbh, it's been a LONG time since we have moved house, so it was all a bit of a new experience. Ashtons made a pretty stressful time quite a bit easier to cope with. They chased things for us, made viewings at the properties we wanted to see when we wanted them, and then sorted everything out that they could sort out on the house we bought, being the go-between between the solicitors, plus us and the vendors. So yes, Estate Agents often get a bad name, but mainly because this house buying malarkey is so stressful and they are in the middle of it all - but the reality for us was that Ashtons Stockton Heath (Brad & the rest of the team) actually made it easier to cope with.
