I've been with BASEPS since 2019. They've been fantastic all the way. They did a brilliant full refurb of the flat, which it desperately needed. They've found two great tenants, which is gold - especially considering the pandemic. They are on top of everything, from my end and the tenants. I know the tenants are in good hands and are well-treated. That's also key. They are responsive and available. If something's on my mind, we can chat pronto. Basically they're a dream.
