I was lucky enough to use Base when searching for a flat after relocating to London from New York. I've had some bad experiences with agents in the past, so Base has been a breath of fresh air. They have been responsive, accommodating, and committed to providing the best services possible for both tenants and landlords. They very clearly have a great team of people who genuinely care about what they do, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.
