I have been dealing with Base, and in particular Kristjan at Base for around 2 years , in a professional capacity. I have found Kristjan to be incredibly driven, and totally committed to offering the best possible experience to the people that come in to contact with his business. One thing that really stood out to me was his full commitment to look after the interests of his tenants as well of that of his landlords.
