Sarah Chouli

Sarah is more of an asset to City West than I could possibly put into words. She is cheerful, helpful, resourceful, and efficient, but most of all, she truly understands that the communities on the kind of estates she's dealing with are made of diversely different people, of all ages and means. She has an incredible knack of understanding them all and providing an outstanding service - everyone I've spoken to about her says the same. She is a truly caring woman, who is always ready to listen, and try her best for each of us. She is simply brilliant at doing what must be a very difficult job.
