Okay, disappeared when I needed guidance

Pestered me to get everything signed but once that was done didn't put me in touch with the landlord, didn't stay in touch with my consultant, was just in a desperate rush to get me to sign. Also didn't provide details on the property that someone not native to London would know

I am sorry to hear of the above As part of the Tenancy Agreement there are contact details of the landlord or his agent and on the Tenancy Agreement the legal postal address is stated.
