Excellent buying experiance

As an investor I deal with a lot of agents and have had many different types of experiences. I have to say that Alana Noonan was one of the best. Before I found the flat I wanted to buy I was offered properties that actually suited my requirements (rather than the usual trick of sending me every listing under the sun). Alana was clear, concise and efficient from the start of the process to the end. Our seller was fairly slow in getting paperwork issued however I was always updated and knew they were working to get the deal done. I should also mention Alastair Murray who assisted me with the purchase. Between the two of them, messages were replied to quickly and the process was not nearly as painful as it could have been. Cant recommend them enough and wish them all the success which they deserve.
