Temptation to use the cheaper agents is always great, but we would not have got the service we had if we had chosen such... City West did all the viewings, gave good feedback from each viewing and after 3 successful viewings we were able to accept an offer. Each staff member at the office were courteous, very helpful, supportive and available when needed.. Overall a very good experience and certainly much imporved from when we purchased the flat via a different agent.who didnt seem to care, just wanted their big fee. Certainly would use City West again if ever the need should arise.
