Efficient, friendly and competent service

The Lettings team worked efficiently and kept me informed about progress. It was slightly disappointing that we had to reduce the rent from the amount I had been told was possible but that was probably because of the timing when the flat went on the market. All the paperwork seems to have been done with minimal hassle for me so overall I am very happy with the service.
