Awful

The house I am currently living in, managed by Dimensions, is inhabitable. The hot water and heating has been faulty since we moved into the property in September, and we have been left without both intermittently at up to a week at a time. Incredibility, the issue has still not been fixed, despite the insistence of all three of the gas engineers that have seen the boiler that a new boiler must be fitted. Given the exceptionally high agency fee, I would certainly not recommend anyone I know to use this estate agency. Avoid at all costs!
