Terrible service- try to get away with doing minimal work on the properties. Both myself and neighbours around me that were using D&N had the same issue with cowboy builders that they hired to patch things up without actually spending the money to solve the problem properly. What resulted was a patchwork of temporary fixes, a house full of damp, mould and mice, and to top it all off all in an ugly beige. Stay away from them unless you want to deal with the epitome of slimy estate agents, and possibly the most unprofessional building company in North London. The buildings are in a poor state in terms of both their structure and pipework. They'll patch it up nice when you go to view the space, but be warned.
