My first experience in looking for a property started with this estate agent. They are not professional, very money hungry, client care is not important to them unless of course you are giving them what they want. I backed out of a property and their response (Sarah Twiner) was bullyish and rude even though I was very polite and apologetic to her initially. I emailed the manager John Young who ignored my refund request, subsequently I emailed the managing director Scott Hailou who also ignored my request even just to reply to me to confirm if they accepted it or not.
