We have enjoyed a consistently excellent experience with Ellis & Co since renting a flat with them 3 1/2 years ago. They are an organised and professional team, quick to respond to any issues and always courteous. We tend to deal with Melissa Sornio and can only say good things about her service and professionalism. Melissa is highly efficient, unfailingly pleasant to deal with and always goes out of her way to help. She is also very proactive in following up to make sure any outstanding issues are resolved. We are very grateful to the excellent service she provides.
