I cannot thank and praise Alicia enough for her professionalism and genuineness during the sale of my late grandmother’s house. From our first meeting, Alicia took an interest not only in the house, but also in learning who my grandmother was. Although the house needed a great deal to bring it up to modern standards, Alicia And her team marketed it well and to our surprise, we had a buyer within three weeks. In fact we had two!!! Alicia kept in constant contact, even when she didn’t really need to and I felt able to trust her vetting of the potential buyers. It was the most straightforward and quickest house sale ever.
