I have had the pleasure of working with Adam Wolman of Ellis & Co regarding the sale of a relatives house who has entered into residential care. From our first meeting and the valuation of the property, Adam has been the consummate professional and, as I live a distance away, I have leaned heavily on his local knowledge and his general all round expertise. He has been readily available whenever I have needed to get in touch and nothing has been too much trouble. His level of service have exceeded my expectations by some considerable distance and, although it sounds corny, he has given me the impression that my relative's house is the only one he is selling! I would recommend Adam and Ellis & Co without hesitation or reservation.
